This Privacy Policy explains how Artificin, operated by RAMEN SOFTWARE LLC ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit artificin.com. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

If you create an account we collect your email address, chosen username, and any profile information you voluntarily provide (such as a profile photo). This data is stored in Firebase Authentication and Firestore.

1.2 Contact and submission data

When you submit an AI tool listing, write a review, or use any contact form we collect the text and metadata you provide (name, email, tool details, review content).

1.3 Newsletter / email sign-up

If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and the date of subscription. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

1.4 Usage and analytics data

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These services collect data such as pages visited, time on page, referrer, browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/city level). This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies; you can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

1.5 Affiliate tracking

Some outbound links on the site are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link, the merchant's platform may set cookies or track the click to attribute any resulting purchase.
