These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of artificin.com ("Site"), operated by RAMEN SOFTWARE LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What Artificin Is

Artificin is an AI tools directory, blog, and community platform. We curate and publish listings of third-party AI software products, editorial articles, user reviews, prompt libraries, and related content.

Artificin is not: a developer, distributor, or reseller of any of the listed AI tools. We have no affiliation with, control over, or responsibility for the tools we list unless explicitly stated. Listings are informational only.

2. No Warranty on Listed Tools

Tool listings, descriptions, pricing information, and ratings on the Site are provided for informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties that any listed tool is:

  • safe, secure, or free from malware or vulnerabilities;
  • accurate, complete, or up to date;
  • fit for any particular purpose or workflow;
  • compliant with any applicable law or regulation; or
  • endorsed or approved by us.

You assume all risk associated with the selection and use of any tool listed on the Site. Always conduct your own due diligence before purchasing or using any third-party software.

3. Affiliate Links and Advertising

Some links on the Site are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you purchase through them at no additional cost to you. Sponsored placements, featured listings, and banner advertisements are clearly labelled where required by applicable law. The presence of an affiliate link or paid placement does not constitute an endorsement of that product or service.

4. Cookies and Analytics

By using the Site you consent to our use of cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and site functionality as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account to submit reviews, save tools, or access member features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current.

6. User Submissions

When you submit a tool listing, review, comment, or any other content ("Submission") you represent and warrant that:

  • you have the right to submit the content and it does not infringe any third-party rights;
  • the content is truthful, accurate, and not misleading;
  • the content does not violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • the content is not spam, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful;
  • you are not submitting on behalf of a competitor for deceptive purposes.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, modify, and distribute your Submission on the Site and related channels. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any Submission at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Content Removal and Listing Management

We may remove, unpublish, or modify any listing, review, article, or other content on the Site at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to inaccuracy, complaints, legal requirements, or editorial discretion. We are under no obligation to notify you before doing so.

8. Paid Placements — Featured Listings, Ads, and Sponsored Posts

We offer paid products including featured tool listings, banner advertising, and sponsored editorial content. Payment terms are agreed at the time of purchase. The following refund policy applies:

  • Featured listings and sponsored posts: Refunds are available within 48 hours of payment, provided the placement has not yet been published or activated. Once live, no refund is issued for the remaining term.
  • Banner advertising: Refunds are available within 48 hours of payment if the campaign has not started. Once impressions have been served, no refund is issued for served impressions; unused inventory may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
  • Technical issues: If a paid placement fails to display due to a fault on our end for more than 24 consecutive hours, we will extend the campaign term by the equivalent downtime or issue a pro-rata credit.

All refund requests must be submitted by email to info@artificin.com with your order details. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these Terms have been violated.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site — including articles, graphics, UI, and code — is owned by RAMEN SOFTWARE LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute our content without prior written permission. Tool names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAMEN SOFTWARE LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any listed tool, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAMEN SOFTWARE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
